Once we have identified your requirements you can expect the following:


Non Apple warranty customers
■ For single drives up to 1.5TB there is a £90 evaluation fee.  For single drives of 2TB or over there is a £110 evaluation fee
■ For dual, RAID or encrypted drives please contact us for specific pricing
■ Receive a detailed file report showing recoverable and non-recoverable files prior to authorisation of fees (excludes eval fee)
■ Real-time, 24-7 online progress tracking
■ Service options depending on urgency
