Rubicon is a long established Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) and, in accordance with Apple’s quality service guidelines, we are committed to providing fast and efficient support for all Apple repairs and servicing.

Whether your machine is in or out of warranty, we can provide you with the support and assistance you need.  All our technicians are trained and certified by Apple.

Unlike the Apple stores there is no need to book an appointment and there is plenty of free off road parking, so just call or drop in your machine and our team will be happy to help.  Our typical repair turnaround time is just two days. We offer a mail in service and FREE collections and returns for business customers (excludes iPods and iPads).

Warranty Repairs:

Collection and Return Service (free to business customers) Each Way = up to £12.50 ex VAT / £15.00 inc VAT (Please call for exact price)

Out of Warranty Repairs:

Collection and Return Service (free to business customers) Each Way = up to £12.50 ex VAT / £15.00 inc VAT (Please call for exact price)

Initial Diagnosis Fee - Per Machine = £40.00 ex VAT / £48.00 inc VAT (Fee waived if repair quote accepted)
Workbench Labour - First Hour = £50.00 ex VAT / £60.00 inc VAT
Workbench Labour - Additional time - Per 30 mins = £25 ex VAT / £30.00 inc VAT

Data Back-Up - Per Machine = from £50.00 ex VAT / £60.00 inc VAT
Data Recovery - Per Hard Drive = Please call to discuss your requirements

Insurance Quotes:

All Apple computers = £40.00 ex VAT / £48.00 inc VAT
iPods or iPads = £20.00 ex VAT / £24.00 inc VAT

Discounts are available for Students please ask for details.
